Open Rates:

day in your TMA Profile.
TMA tracks the
promotions that are viewed when clients open your e-mail in their
inbox; this is called your open rate. We are able to track
your open rates using an image that gets pulled from a server when
your client opens the promotion. The image then displays in
their e-mail and TMA tracks that someone viewed that image off of
the server. You can send a broadcast from your own office, and
then within minutes, come into your TMA profile and view how many of
your customers are opening the e-mail you just sent out.
Dynamic Links:

directly to your preferred web location!
Send out promotions with links to
your preferred booking/content engines. Our Dynamic Link technology
enables you to choose which booking/content engine you want for each
supplier! Sites currently working with dynamic links include: Passport Online,
Online Agency, Revelex, Ensemble and OVSCruise.

You can download a Mailer Tag into your ClientBase for easy sales follow
up.
ClientBase has the ability to
upload an XML file with Mailer Tags that get attached to your client Profiles.
These Tags tell you when a client clicked on a link within a promotion. TMA
will be tracking the date and promotion that they clicked
on so that you can
follow up with the client and get the sale. In order to generate Mailer
Tags, your promotion link tracking must be setup with TMA Dynamic Links.
