EZ Mail is a time saving and economical way to market

provide promotions with the latest pricing, you pick the promotions
you want to send and provide the emails, TMA broadcasts on your
behalf.
It's so easy to order promotions:
Once
you sign up for a supplier's program, TMA sends you one e-mail
announcement when a promotion is ready to send. You view
the promotion and decide if it fits into your marketing plan.
Press the Order Promotion link, and TMA receives your e-mail order.
How we customize your promotion:
The
custom process includes adding your agency logo and contact
information to the promotion. In addition, the from address is
customized with your agency name and email address. The e-mail will look as if it
was sent
from your office. All replies and undeliverable
mail come directly back to
you.
Tracking your broadcast:
We provide you with up to date Open Rate tracking. This means
every time a client opens your promotion on the Internet, TMA will
track that the client viewed it. Within minutes after your
broadcast is sent out, you can go into TMA's website and view how
many clients are looking at your promotions. We also provide Dynamic Links that send the client to your preferred
booking or content engine.
ClientBase Plus Users Syncronize:
Agencies using ClientBase Plus offer the most efficient way to run email marketing
campaigns. ClientBase plus can sync your marketing database to TMA. We help you run a query to find the right target for the
promotion, prep and send the emails to your list. With a synchronized database we have your current list all the time with the the
current marketing permissions settings. You never have to wait for us to receive and prepare a new list for sending. It is fast
