Custom HTML Templates

Custom HTML templates are excellent low-cost investments that bring in big returns!  They create overall  professionalism and personality for your agency brand.  Templates can be made to look like your agency website, or like your specialty group or corporate client.
 

Common uses for custom templates:
	Agency stationery used for daily correspondence sending clients invoices, itineraries and general communications.
	Selling wholesale products and specialty destinations.
	Group selling tool for alumni, sports, charities, churches or any type of group business.
	Corporate clients love to have a custom template created with their logo that the agency provides to the Human Resources department. This template is populated with both corporate and leisure specials and then the HR department sends it on to their employees. This is a great way to convert business travel to leisure sales.

TMA can create a custom template for a one-time template design fee. Then we’ll teach you how to swap out your own content and broadcast it directly through your software. 

Below you will find a summary of options with samples and pricing. Due to pdf format, samples may have blurred images and span 2 pages.  Each template takes approximately 7 days to design. All images are stored on the web server of the travel agency. *Note: A $50 deposit is due before design begins. I

Broadcasting Services:
TMA offers e-mail broadcasting services alone or in conjunction with custom HTML templates.
If you don’t have broadcasting software or are short on time: TMA can create a custom template for a one-time template design fee, and then consider having TMA publish your content and do your broadcasting. You would provide TMA with the interior offers/content and we would produce and send out the piece.
